First vid, she's renting an entire villa in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
And next, in a much less luxurious setting, she goes hunting for nacatamales in Granada, Nicaragua.
And back into the lap of luxury: The Saint Regis in New York City. A good host such as Sam Brown blends in well in the backwaters as well as in a classy backdrop.
In one episode Sam told a story of a shipwreck. She pointed to the place where it happened, where now stood a lighthouse. I don't remember the details of the story well, but I think a couple died in the wreck and their baby washed ashore in a basket (or bassinet). She went on to say that that baby was found and picked up by a man who raised it up. "And that baby was me," she ended the story. I totally was taken by surprise by that ending, so much so that I still wonder if I really heard what I thought I heard. And imagine, after having gone through such a harrowing experience as a baby, she grew up to be such a well balanced and lovely lady with such a great personality.
In my last video on Samantha Brown, we see her on the Great Wall of China.
I title it, "Sam's Fall at the Great Wall." What a wonderful sense of humor she has.
